Hi, and thank you! That sounds fine to me, as long as you are’t working the same parts of your body consecutive days in a row and as long as you feel fine doing it. But with that much physical activity, remember that it’s SUPER important to listen to your body; whenever you feel like you need a rest day or a light day, take one!

The only thing I’m having trouble with is the arms. Cardio? Easy. Abs? No probem. But the press part of the squat and press and the lateral arm raise part of the side lunges KILL.

Back Extension
Do two sets of 15 reps of each, three times a week
A: Lie with abdomen on ball (available at most sporting goods stores), with upper body and neck parallel to floor. Place hands behind head and rest feet wider than shoulder-width apart on floor behind you.
B: Slowly raise upper body so that chest is several inches higher than ball. Hold for 3 seconds. Return to starting position and repeat.
Don’t …raise back higher than is comfortable
Tip: If you’re struggling to keep the ball steady, do this move with feet against a wall.
